tony gonzalez-3-831x1024Anthony David Gonzalez was born on the 27th of February, 1976. He is an American football tight end. He played for 17 seasons with the National Football League. Considered to be one of the greatest tight ends of all time He is the all-time NFL leader in receptions and receiving yards from a tightener, as well as ranked third overall in receiving. Gonzalez was drafted in the first round of the Kansas City Chiefs. He was part of their first 12-season with the team. During his last five seasons being with the Falcons, he was a part of the Atlanta Falcons. Gonzalez was retired in 2013, has been an analyst for NFL on Prime Video. Before this, he worked at CBS Sports, Fox Sports as well as Fox Sports. Gonzalez also was awarded six All-Pros. Gonzalez was famous for his toughness and ability to avoid fumbling. He appeared in 272 of the 272 games in the regular season and only lost two fumbles, on 1,327 touches. In the year 2019 Gonzalez was admitted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
